Things have improved significantly since 2023. Outlook for 2025 is good. Klue remains a challenging yet exciting place to work. Order takers will struggle here. Lots of opportunity for personal & career growth. Very strong team, leadership, & vision. If you are a killer, expect year 1 to earn 100-150k. Year 2 you can expect 200K+ but only if you put in serious effort. There is not currently earning potential above 300K here.

I would not recommend working for Klue. Nobody hits quota and their pay is significantly below market value. Most of the top SDR's and AE's have left the company, there's only a couple remaining (and frankly I have no idea why they haven't left yet either).
