The company was amazing when I first started even with the base being super low. I could at least make it up in commission. After they went through the GTM redesign everything went downhill from there. No future plans to pay us more or raise the base. Upper leadership do not listen to our needs anymore and greed just took over. You got the CEO showing off his cyber truck and million dollar mansion during morning meetings while people are stressed out trying to pay their bills. Then sending everyone tshirts as an incentive to “sell more 3 years” with that plastered on the front…. Be serious. 10/10 wouldn’t recommend anymore to be honest.

pros: This is a great organization if you want to get started in the industry. A ton of amazing people here. My overall experience has been alright. I believe the people who worked here fa few years ago most likely had it better then me. Ever since Vista, there has been a few uncomfortable changes.
