Current Employee KB4 used to take care of its employees but that is now a thing of the past. There was a compensation restructure in April that was supposed to make the pay more competitive with other companies but it did the complete opposite. Now 20% of reps hit quota, they keep increasing quota, and while increasing quota, lowering the percentage we make per deal. All for a 10k raise on our base. (Up from 40k) Which most SDRs are making more than I am as an account executive. I have been fortunate to hit quota and still my take home pay has dropped 1/3 of what it used to be. We have voiced our opinions as much as we can to no avail. The past 6 months have been nothing short of terrible for 75% of employees and the CEO had the audacity to say the restructure has been a success. I’m sure it has to them since they are taking money from their own employees to make sure we hit 1 BAR. All of the best reps are leaving or have already left and there is not a care in the world.
