We are opening a new GTM office in DC. We already have 2 east coast branches. The stated purpose is to "build excellence". Last month, we did mandatory RTO so "new reps could learn from each other. Who are the new reps in DC going to learn from? We don't have a presence there. Who is going to train them? Our home-made AI sales trainer? We've churned through so many reps in the Tampa Bay Area and the base pay is so low we can't hire anyone here, so we have to branch out. Applying for a MM AE position? Ask why they don't promote one of the current 80 SMB reps - its because they know better than to apply! The real reason for the new branch is simple - that's where our CEO and band of job hopping execs live. They made all the Tampa employees RTO but are opening a new office in a place convenient for them.

Was a great place to work a few years back. Has gone downhill with aggressive growth without good direction, and high expectations for reps to take on double the responsibilities with no additional compensation to make it worthwhile.
