I'm sure change is difficult for many and not all change is probably seen as good. But what I can speak to are the investments we are making in our sales team. We have completely revamped our Product Marketing team from our "Head of" down to our individual contributors. They have done an amazing job of injecting passion for our innovation into our messaging while also making our messaging easier for people to understand and sell.
