Lots of saying the right thing but not following through. If you’re lucky enough to find a good manager here then it has potential to be a great experience.

Current Employee1.7Apr 22, 2025My overall experience was okay at best.. Leadership at Konica Minolta is good, but the company is really bad. They do not have a great base salary, commission rates are really bad, the sales cycle takes forever, and in the end... you're really just selling printers. Wish it was better.
