Current Employee If I could rank inbound, culture, leadership, and prof dev all at the lowest - I would.
This all might be geographically dependent. But my region and sales team is stifling, leadership is negative and publicly shames reps who don't attain weekly meeting numbers.
You can stay in your role for years as an underachiever while you build pipeline - but you have to be willing to put up with the toxicity and lackluster leadership of industry vets who've only worked in print. Buyer beware.
