I am in an undeveloped territory with very few active accounts. My manager only wants me to sell printers opposed to digital transformation that provides better compensation. There is almost no training regarding the products and services that we sell. Compensation was said to be at 7.5% during the interview process. After factoring in price exceptions and GPO contracts, compensation goes down to about 3%.
