Former Employee Company has flailed about with inconsistent focus, strategy, and incentives. Technology was sound, although not nearly as easy or fast to implement as marketed. Unfortunately people are not highly valued, starting from the top, and it shows when good competent people decide to hide or operate from a place of resentment and fear. In the end, many reps were not paid on their deals out the door. It's a repeated tactic to manage working capital. Browse Other Reviews
