My overall experience has been disappointing with no commissions seen, poor leadership by the Head of Customer Success for North America & the terrible working culture set by the Chief Customer Officer. The compensation structure is unfair and setup to ensure failure. The product is faulty, and sales is selling a bag of lies. Both enterprises and potential employees should stay away from Kore.ai

Kore.ai was the worst experience I have had in my 20+ years of a professional selling career. The overall attitude towards Sellers within the org is not favorable.
