Not representative of LTI Mindtree services business- I work in product which is a different animal. The product division has a lot of kinks to work out. Product market fit makes this gig tough, exacerbated by a difficult tech sales macro environment.

The marketing and lead generation activities are lagging when compared to competitors, and the existing resources for developing existing opportunities are still immature when compared to similar size IT consultancy companies, thus relying a lot on price to develop and win deals.
