Most leaders are now long time employees who have been ICs. Culture has improved, leaders are a lot more hands on / help with deals. Fun place to work, no fear mongering. Enablement is not strong, department isn't built out and sales leaders have limited bandwidth. People with domain experience can do well, others will have a learning curve.

Lots of turnover that we see either many sales orgs, lower salaries, pushed to do more with less. Overall good product but lack of innovation with new features creates risk
