Former Employee My overall experience was terrible. From the time i joined the company to 8 months later i went through 4 different managers and the final one has never had any managerial experiance. The sales leaders make rules up on the fly which effect your compensation, including never getting a comp plan for the first 6 months at the company. Leadership is all over the place and its a huge ego trip. I advise all sales profressionals to avoid applying as the chrun rate for employees is the highest i have seen at a company.
