Learning Pool is better than most remote SDR jobs out there. The tools were pretty good except for data which is horrible as of 2024. The managment was decent and there are some opportunities for upward mobility to AE or CSM role.

My overall experience was terrible. From the time i joined the company to 8 months later i went through 4 different managers and the final one has never had any managerial experiance. The sales leaders make rules up on the fly which effect your compensation, including never getting a comp plan for the first 6 months at the company. Leadership is all over the place...Read More

I love the company the culture is great the product is amazing and their sales engineer and content development team is amazing. Legal Team will answer any question from anyone.
