Last year was tough with federal government changes which is why there was a decline in Sales hitting less of their targets. They had adjusted but I will wait to see how this year shakes to see if the company is moving in the right direction.

I think the company is a great place to work. However, base and compensation is on par within the industry, but some incentives are not obtainable.
