Big upside for commissions but your entire fate in this company is totally dependent on your location and market. Must be okay with working every single weekend and not earning a commission until the homes are completed which can take 8-12 months

Lennar cut sales pay by almost 50% and put in bonus incentives that geared towards one person. The new VP/Sales said that sales made to much money and that we're only "order takers". The new VP is proof that one how one bad hire can destroy an entire market. I can't believe I'm still here. Ugh.

Company yearly decreases compensation package. Product offering is not competitive. Create highly competitive environment.

Terrible weak leadership. I would definitely consider looking elsewhere. Pay is good buy no work life balance
