Sadly, since the merger, the culture has completely changed. The change management has been handled poorly and the training is lacking for new procedures and expectations aren’t clearly defined. The compensation is higher than market and fantastic. The unlimited PTO is genuine. The rapid growth has meant a more top down pressure that is affecting morale.

Level Access has serious internal political problems and directional dysfunction. Acquisition of competitors like Userway has lead the company to believe they are bigger than they really are $100M arr frankenstein company.
