As an AE, expect to pick up the phones to hot quota. If you are interviewing, ask to see the comp package. It is not fixed, meaning you won’t start really making money until you are at 85% quota. The difference between being at 80% quota and 90% quota could mean a loss of 10k in comp. That said, the company is fairly lax, and leadership are nice people. Inbound leads are weak. Many AEs are out dialing SDRs, which should be embarrassing to SDR leadership.
