Lever went downhill after it was acquired by Employ in August 2022. Horrific leadership that sets unrealistic targets, doesn’t value culture, and is out of touch. Lever used to be a great place to work and Employ leadership has changed everything that was great about Lever for the worse. Hitting your OTE is a pipe dream at best. The best employees are leaving left and right.

Lever has drastically changed since being acquired by Employ. Executive leadership has been a revolving door- Lever was the best company I've ever worked pre- acquisition.
