Org was going through lots of changes during acquisition including changing roles, processes, tools, comp plans, etc. Constant moving targets and increasing levels of micromanagement.

Lever has drastically changed since being acquired by Employ. Executive leadership has been a revolving door- Lever was the best company I've ever worked pre- acquisition. If you are a seasoned sales rep I would not recommend joining Lever to up-level your career. After the acquisition, the culture has been dropping rapidly. The one thing keeping the team together was great pay but now Lever (bought by Employ) is punishing you for not hitting quota.
