Current Employee There are some excellent leaders here that support you, help you succeed, and want you to grow. The product-market fit is excellent, and you're well equipped for remote work.
Unfortunately, most of the talk from upper management about advancement opportunities from the SDR team has been a pipe dream. They have consistently hired from outside, placing them on the strategic alliance team, and then moving them to an AE position within just a month or two.
This has even been confirmed with those candidates that they were told as much during the hiring process. They were being hired to an on-deck circle, waiting for an AE position to open up.
They have some incredible talent on the SDR team, but they seem unwilling to move those heavy hitters to different positions in fear of losing that production. It's unfortunate, because they'll likely lose them altogether if they don't support their professional growth and figure it out.
