I can honestly share that leadership shows little to no concern for its employees. When several top performers leave because of the toxic work environment, it speaks volumes.

As of November 2025, the CRO has doubled the KPI daily workload expected of salespeople for no additional compensation or restructure. The external ads for jobs still cite lower KPIs - if these are not adjusted soon, it could reflect negatively.
