The training and development I can genuinely say is absolutely incredible. The downside is we do not have a product worth its value and are trained to take advantage of the uneducated population and appraisals constantly coming back 40-50k under sales price (which makes it obvious that are product is significantly overpriced). Only 8% of deals are currently going through and for a sales rep/manager to even hit bare minimum standards, they will have to write over 10x the volume required to do so based off pull-through rates

It’s a great company, there are internal challenges and a changing market like everyone else that is changing now. Many are on minimums with thousands that owe their base pay back to the company for the employees that haven’t been able to repay their draw for their time to the company to allow them to work. It’s easy to get into the hole with draw. The commissions are not capped, but once you get into the hole with draw it’s pretty tough to dig your way out.
