I don't recommend this company to anyone that is starting a family or is supporting one. They are probably the worst company I have worked for in my life. Alot of over promising and under delivery.

It’s a great company, there are internal challenges and a changing market like everyone else that is changing now. Many are on minimums with thousands that owe their base pay back to the company for the employees that haven’t been able to repay their draw for their time to the company to allow them to work. Leads are largely quantity over quality. Most don’t know they actually wanted it get more information, the rest of the leads have a lot of junk numbers and email so return responses are lackluster at best. The company is supportive but you have the generate your self to make it. Realistically waiting for what’s provided will lead you to the poor house.

The training and development I can genuinely say is absolutely incredible. The downside is we do not have a product worth its value and are trained to take advantage of the uneducated population and appraisals constantly coming back 40-50k under sales price (which makes it obvious that are product is significantly overpriced).
