They are up and down all the time. But goals increase month over month, and they put the best sales agents together and say because you performed well, the target is raised so we make less money. That’s my only real complaint.

It was a positive experience working here and learning from great leadership. Had to leave due to a recent move I had and though transferring may have been an option, I also wanted to broaden my horizon.

Low base salary but can make good commissions. Good training and a good starting spot for getting introduced to insurance and good benefits
