If you’re a former Rackspace employee, you’ll get preferential treatment with leads and priority over non-Rackspace candidates. Thinking about joining as a seller? Proceed with extreme caution. Management is ineffective, with no real leadership in sight. The direction shifts constantly, leaving everyone scrambling. The CSO talks a big game about transparency but plays favorites and conceals the truth. Worse, reps are still waiting on half their owed pay. Tread carefully.
