The acquisition of Connectria and new blood in management has changed the company considerably. There have been major growth pains. It’s nearing year 4-5 in PE ownership, so proceed with caution. New owners might be around the corner.

This company has the product fit and market potential to do big things in the Data Center/Private Cloud space, but their toxic culture (that starts at the top) runs through the business and has negatively impacted a number of people's mental health and confidence. Until this is fixed, I would proceed with caution with any opportunities here.

Overall experience was poor. Executive team is young and egotistical. The Director team and down was great, but was forced to play the game which lead to some toxicity.
