This company has the product fit and market potential to do big things in the Data Center/Private Cloud space, but their toxic culture (that starts at the top) runs through the business and has negatively impacted a number of people's mental health and confidence. Until this is fixed, I would proceed with caution with any opportunities here.

Great culture but they lay off employees frequently. Loved every second of it but left for fear of my team getting chopped which they later did
