Current Employee This company is not inclusive nor values diversity, as shown by a number of situations played out this year. Senior leadership is dysfunctional, incompetent, and under qualified. Middle management has no voice or way to support reps. Your success is based on luck of the draw with your book. Collaboration is not encouraged. Great product but the politics and under qualified senior leaders make this place terrible.
