Product market fit has been excellent, however, the TAM is quickly shrinking and there is clearly an unbalanced way management structures each persons book. VP and leadership are not good sales leaders and have torn down a culture that was once very positive.

I believe how this organization prospects is very unique in the sense that you are restricted to only prospecting for new accounts they give you to prospect and the same obviously goes for existing accounts. You will thrive or struggle based on the whitespace you are given.

Great company, everyone works hard, awesome culture! Company isnt perfect, it can be a grind on days, but its great place to work. Customer love the product!
