Former Employee My overall experience was mixed. The product is well received in the industry but the company is now creating products that aren't the best fit. The overall culture of the company is designed for white males. There is no diversity and no celebration of differences. Company has a neutral stance on LGTBQ topics and will not recognize Pride month. Leadership is there to further each other and does not support those on the front line. Comp plans and quotas are not achievable. There is no opportunity for growth and no development plan to grow. If there is an open role for Sr. or Manager it goes to who has been there the longest not who is qualified, but typically most open roles are filled externally and not promoted from within. The Sales Director does not know the products and is not supportive of the team. The only thing they care about is if Reps are producing. There is no care for Reps as humans and are treated as a number. With quotas being almost unattainable for most Reps the morale is rough. Both the benefits and the company culture need an overhaul.
