long ramp time, minimal guidance on strategy and best practices. Siloed product teams make presales difficult. Quota is not attainable in year 1, and maybe half of the reps who make it past year one hit quota regularly. Great product but zero integrations and few official/preferred partnerships which primary competitors are much stronger with. Heavy account management.
