Pros: "As a BDM, this is a great place to work. My manager is incredibly supportive and genuinely invested in my growth. The products are best in class and the company has an incredible reputation throughout the industry (NPS score 75.2), which makes selling the platform favorable. Lighthouse is constantly innovating new products while enhancing the existing ones which makes it exciting to sell." Cons: "Things move very quickly, which can make it a bit of a bumpy road. You have to be nimble and ready to adapt to changing circumstances, but if you're up for the challenge, it's an incredibly rewarding place to grow your career."

Product market fit has been excellent, however, the TAM is quickly shrinking and there is clearly an unbalanced way management structures each persons book. VP and leadership are not good sales leaders and have torn down a culture that was once very positive.
