Lighthouse is a great product market fit and the individual contributors are amazing people, where it starts to fall apart is upper management they have no empathy and lead through fear and micromanagement. Pair this with incredibly low base pay and quarterly commission pay outs that are decided on at a whim by the CFO you get screwed over at almost every turn seemingly getting hit harder for being a high performer. I would not recommend this company at this stage until they increase their base compensation.

OTA Insight is a good company with good product fit, however the management is very under-qualified and does not stand behind its reps. They also place de electoraters that hinder reps from making even close to the expected total earnings. They view reps as expendable

Great company, everyone works hard, awesome culture! Company isnt perfect, it can be a grind on days, but its great place to work. Customer love the product!
