OTA Insight is a good company with good product fit, however the management is very under-qualified and does not stand behind its reps. They also place de electoraters that hinder reps from making even close to the expected total earnings. They view reps as expendable

1-2 out of 16 people hit quota per quarter. Products are great but there are too many sales people. Leadership doesn't care because there are other arms of the sales side that are allowing us to hit targets. Product market fit has been excellent, however, the TAM is quickly shrinking and there is clearly an unbalanced way management structures each persons book. VP and leadership are not good sales leaders and have torn down a culture that was once very positive.
