Culture did a complete 180. Used to be a great place that employees would take pride in working at. Since the start of 2024 management has made questionable decision after questionable decision. Laying off 100s of employees, keeping targets unreasonably high even though the majority of the team isn’t hitting, constantly hiring new salespeople regardless. Employees are treated as disposable and C-suite management has no clue what direction to take the company in.

The company's heart is in the right place, however, we grew too large to quickly via acquisitions and they were not able to handle such growth and incorporate all new products under one goal.
