Current Employee Around August/September there was a big hiring surge of AEs that led to layoffs in January. It wasn't just salespeople let go - it was across the org.
This is frustrating because people tried to tell leadership not to do this but they did anwyay. There was also nothing that suggested we needed that many more employees.
This is just one example of how Limble has historically set people up for failure.
Often quota changes month-over-month and do not reflect reality. There are often mistakes on commission checks because things change that quickly.
VPs and C-Suite have high turnover so I don't know what that says about Limble's hiring process.
I would not join this organization at this time. Give them at least a year to work out the kinks. Browse Other Reviews
