Just had layoffs and I was moved positions without given a choice. Leadership seems to care more about themselves and numbers instead of the employees. Very poor organization and processes. Took president's club away.

Company culture and how leadership emphasizes their culture is AMAZING! Product is AMAZING as well, but company is a little more immature when it comes to sales processes. Good product, bad leadership - company was constantly changing things that made it impossible to settle into a sales rhythm or hit quota. My last 3-4 months here only 3 or 4 reps hit quota ( out of an SDR org of 40 give or take.)
