Hi there, how is sales practice doing in Toronto? 
Is it worth joining? Currently I’m happy at another large org but I am missing 1) the culture 2) good leadership 3) I’m bored  
And if you know what’s the comp like?

I had the pleasure of working at Linkedin pre and post acquisition. Linkedin is one of the best places to work regarding culture, intelligent peers and kindness. They do however understand their workplace culture attracts top talent and the trade off is their top sales reps don't earn as much. :(

The culture has changed a lot over the years I wouldn’t make this your deciding factor. Also new compensation plans have just launched meaning you can no longer achieve OTE if you don’t hit your quota in talent solutions.

LinkedIn has the best culture I've experienced in my 18 year sales career and the Toronto office is the north star for culture and community win North America for at least our Sales Solutions line of business.

Leadership is, on the whole, extremely talented, fair, and focused on driving growth and diversity within their teams

Like any job, it is what you make it. I came to LinkedIn 5yrs ago to get a education in how mature, bluechip sales orgs operate and it has not disappointed. Plenty of opportunity for upward mobility and movement across lines of business. Also endless opportunity to scale your impact beyond your role.

OTE is competitive but it won't be the highest offer your see. However, goals are fair and outperformance can be had consistently for top performers. Total benefits package is extremely strong.
