Current Employee This is a very stable and safe job if you are on the right side of the politics. If you are on the wrong side then there is nothing you can do that will keep you here past a year or so. Managers can and will absolutely burry you for political gain. In my experience it's really the only thing that managers actually care about here. There is little to know coaching, no pipeline manager, etc.
