Current Employee4.4Jan 28, 2025LinkedIn is a fantastic company to work for! Career progression & base salary are slower than I would like but additional benefits make up for a lot. Great leadership and focus on leveraging IC's strengths. I do not feel there is a lot of micromanagement.
