Working at LinkedIn is great. The 401k match, the ESPP, work life balance, and other benefits make it a very cushy place to work and advance your career. Highly recommend it for most people. If you're money hungry and want the highest OTE, its not the place for you, but just know that most reps make more than their OTE -- even if they do not hit their quota.

Leadership has gotten stricter and compensation structures have changed. Overselling has become the name of the game, as the only way to outperform quota are the far and few between large growth renewals.
