OTE and earning potential can really vary depending on which product line you are in within LinkedIn. It is also worth noting LinkedIn has started capping commissions, they call this 'windfall' measures. In other words, if you land a whale, they may cap the commission you are supposed to get from the sale which is discouraging. However, generally speaking, Account Managers tend to consistently achieve quota and receive OTE.

LinkedIn is on a path to self destructing in their sales organization. Quotas are divided and meant to push new products into the market that clients don’t want at all and are not a good fit for. Still a great culture, (still) not a micromanagement company, OTE wise not the highest paying company, People average salary decreased as over-performing got way harder over the years (targets increased, market is unstable).
