Current Employee3.0Jun 21, 2024I’m unsure where leadership is taking us. 25% of large enterprise reps are hitting their quota. Our quotas are ~6MM. Just rolled out new comp plan that greatly impacts our ability to make over OTE, while raising quotas. Hiring market share is high in most industries, but they still haven’t figured out learning.

COVID hit in 2020, quotas were adjusted way down, and the entire sales team crushed once companies came out of COVID lockdowns.
