Top benefits, decent pay but company is now stagnant and there is no more room to grow if you are a front line manager. Culture is deteriorating and it’s just becoming an optimisation game. Doing more with less is the company mantra.

The product (Sales Navigator) is very mature in the market, and most that could really benefit from this are already customers. Therefore the ambition now is to increasingly sell to companies where adopting Sales Navigator is really difficult, due to traditional industry/sellers, old/non-existent tech stack etc.

LinkedIn used to be the best workplace with an easy path to exceeding OTE. That is no longer the case. Performance based culture is in full effect. Leadership only cares about what you have done lately. Quota attainment in NAMER was 25% last year. Comp plan was adjusted to make it much harder to exceed OTE.
