Current Employee Started over 2 years ago and culture was great, management supportive, no micro management and work life balance really good.
Since the economy is struggling, leadership is micromanaging a lot, which completely changed the culture.
The problem is in advertising sales we don’t have much impact. Between not doing anything and working hard while being the best at your job, the range in quota attainment is very little.
Overall a good company to work for but I miss the LinkedIn of 2 years ago, and I miss having more impact in my role (this is for LinkedIn marketing solutions)
