Commission structure got much worse this past fiscal year vs. previous years. Prior to this year, I would definitely have given five stars in the variable compensation category. But it’s a great company.

Good employer to work for in Dublin. However, legacy sales culture with high inbound flow is hard to change in times where more sales rigour is needed.
