Current Employee4.3May 23, 2024Working at LinkedIn is great. The 401k match, the ESPP, work life balance, and other benefits make it a very cushy place to work and advance your career. Highly recommend it for most people. If you're money hungry and want the highest OTE, its not the place for you, but just know that most reps make more than their OTE -- even if they do not hit their quota.

Inbounds are far and few between, and leadership doesn’t provide any with outbound (reps are expected to purchase their own tools to get contact information).
