Current Employee4.3May 23, 2024Working at LinkedIn is great. The 401k match, the ESPP, work life balance, and other benefits make it a very cushy place to work and advance your career. Highly recommend it for most people. If you're money hungry and want the highest OTE, its not the place for you, but just know that most reps make more than their OTE -- even if they do not hit their quota.

Current Employee4.3Oct 30, 2024LinkedIn is a great place to work overall. However, the sales goals are getting much larger as our corporate goals continue to increase, which puts additional pressure on reps to succeed more with less. They also are moving away from remote all together and so you will need to be in office in order to move up.
