Former Employee I was selling Sales Navigator, which had great product-market fit, but leadership was inexperienced, with most failing their way up and being hired more for DEI reasons than merit. SMB reps consistently earned more than MM and ENT reps because Sales Ops would classify large companies with very small sales teams as MM or ENT, assuming the size of prize was bigger than it actually was. The Director of Newbiz and VP missed their last eight quarters but still ended up getting promoted. Don’t fall for the “free food” and all the perks they offer. It comes out of your pay, and even with those perks, you’re still earning significantly less than you could with opportunities elsewhere. Also, LinkedIn on your resume isn't as prestigious as it used to be. Browse Other Reviews
